Adventure World’s Natural Habitat range

Adventure World Travel has released its second brochure for Natural Habitat Adventures, featuring two new nature-focused adventures to Africa and India.

Following the appointment as the exclusive GSA for the brand last year, the 2019-20 collection is larger than last year, having doubled in size to 48 pages of quality. With three decades of experience and unmatched local partnerships, Natural Habitat Adventures are able to craft nature adventures through resources and insight not available elsewhere, ensuring unparalled and exclusive experiences for guests.

NHA is also the travel partner of World Wildlife Fund, the world’s leading conservation organisation. Nat Hab guides receive training resources from World Wildlife Fund’s team of scientists, exclusively available to NHA as WWF’s travel partner.

Southern Africa Safari, a new trip for 2020, is a private cruise on a small luxury ship for just 16 guests, exploring the islands, inlets and inland wildlife realms of Lake Kariba, Zimbabwe. Cruising aboard the African Dream, an elegant new riverboat built for African waters, Nat Hab guests have access to a vast, wild expanse far off the conventional safari circuit, including Matusadona National Park bordering the lake.

Over in India, Nat Hab’s new 2019 trip, India Tiger Quest Safari heads deep within the jungles of Ranthambore National Park in search of the Bengal tiger. With the trip strategically timed for early summer, when visitors are few and tigers are less elusive – which is when the tigers must head out of the dry underbrush to quench their thirst, traveller’s safari in search of them. With just four travellers per open vehicle and a side seat for all, Nat Hab’s presence is understated and the views unimpeded!

The brochure features 32 eco-conscious expeditions and nature-focused small groups, specifically selected to suit the Australian market and its interests. From polar bear trips in Churchill, Canada, Alaska grizzly bear encounters and African wildlife safaris are among a wide range of artfully crafted nature journeys conducted by professional naturalist guides.

Nat Hab’s goal is to divert (refuse, recycle, compost, upcycle, or re-use) 99% or more of all waste produced as part of Nat Hab-sponsored trip operations and is also spearheading the world’s first zero waste trip in 2019— a travel-industry first.
