Snorkelling with Turtles Tour – Cook Island, Gold Coast

Head to the crystal clear shallows and lively reefs of Cook Island, just a short and scenic boat trip from the Gold Coast. You’ll be snorkelling with an abundance of amazing marine life that call this reef ecosystem home, including turtles, rays, and hundreds of different species of fish. Before you dive in, your guides will go through a briefing of what you need to know and techniques to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable snorkelling experience. Mossman Gorge Ultimate Tour, Full Day – Departs Port Douglas or Cairns

Get out for a full day adventure experiencing the best of Mossman Gorge with snorkelling, a rainforest walk, a dip in a pristine natural watering hole and more. You can be picked up from Port Douglas, Palm Cove (Cairns) or Mossman, and be taken for an exciting day tour into the lush rainforest around Mossman Gorge. 

Take the plunge and discover what’s beneath the crystal-clear waters during a river drift snorkelling adventure. Look out for fish, turtles and other marine life as you swim down the stream. Then you’ll be treated to a delicious lunch before experiencing a traditional Kuku Yalanji smoking ceremony at the Mossman Gorge. 

In the afternoon you’ll set out for 1.5-2 hour guided walk along 3km of boardwalks and paths through the Daintree National Park. Immerse yourself in the rainforest as you walk beneath the shaded canopy of towering trees and learn about the bustling ecosystem all around you. Make sure to keep an eye out for the Boyd’s Forest Dragon along the way! 

Stop by an idyllic natural watering hole for an afternoon snack and jump in for a refreshing dip if you’re up for it. It’s a long day of exploration and adventure and it’s the best way to experience everything Mossman Gorge has to offer. 

Beach Horse Riding Tour, Afternoon – Cape Tribulation

To really explore the natural wonders of the Daintree’s Cape Tribulation, this two hour afternoon horse riding tour is the way to do it. Set out from the stables with your guide, group, and very own horse and spend the afternoon walking through the rainforest, sandy beach, ocean waters and stunning open paddocks. 

You’ll ride through the oldest rainforest in the world and breathe fresh salty air along the shoreline of Myall Beach, where you can get your feet wet. Gently guide your horse straight into the shallows of the ocean, and take in your breathtaking surroundings. 

Flying Fox High Ropes Adventure Park – Tamborine Mountain, Gold Coast

Get outside, get active and take on the heights at The TreeTop Challenge at Tamborine Mountain. This is Australia’s largest High Ropes Adventure Park and you’ll be able to explore more than 120 TreeTop Activities including 10 thrilling ziplines.

The courses range from easy to extreme and spread through nine acres of lush Australian bushland and rainforest. It takes about 3-4 hours to complete the entire adventure park as you spend your time flying through the treetops, taking on obstacles and having a whole lot of exciting fun along the way.
Noosa Sunset Abseiling Adventure

Want to experience stunning sunset views from the best vantage point on the Sunshine Coast? Then this experience is for you! Prepare for an adrenaline rush as you repeatedly abseil 50 metres down Mt Timbeerwah in Tewantin National Park. Experienced guides will be on hand to provide a comprehensive safety briefing and lead you down the cliff face, catering to everyone from adrenaline junkies to those more height sensitive conquering their fears. It’s the only experience of its kind in the national park and is just a stone’s throw from the bustling Hastings Street in Noosa. A must do for locals and visitors alike!

Canyoning & Abseiling, Full Day – Blue Mountains

Test your limits and go over the edge with this thrilling full day abseiling and canyoning adventure in the spectacular Blue Mountains near Sydney.

This Blue Mountains abseiling and canyoning tour is suitable for all levels of ability and no experience is necessary. You’ll begin with the basics of learning to abseil before taking on 6-8 single pitch abseils around the exciting rock faces throughout the Blue Mountains. You’ll start at a 5m abseil and then work your way up to a 30m abseil.

In the afternoon after a delicious lunch, you’ll travel to Wentworth Falls for a full briefing and to don your canyoning gear, including a harness, helmet and wetsuit. Then it’s short walk down through pristine bushland until you enter the canyon.

Experience the thrill of making your way through the canyon and taking on the varying terrains. Depending on the water levels along the way you will be walking, wading, swimming, jumping and sliding all the way to the dramatic end of the canyon – Empress Falls. Empress Falls is a 30m waterfall and the only way down is to abseil! Abseiling down the waterfall is an incredible adrenaline rush and unforgettable experience.
